Under any circumstances, when you are charged with a serious offense, there are two rules. First, do not speak to any law enforcement person without having your lawyer present. Second, YOU MUST ASK FOR AN ATTORNEY!
If you do not ask for any attorney, anything you say can and will be used against you in court. Protect yourself. Even if you don't retain our office to represent you, demand an attorney.
